Do you ship sarees to the USA, UK, Canada and Australia?
Yes — Sohum Sutras ships worldwide from India. The United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, UAE and Singapore are our most frequent destinations, but we can send an order to almost any country. Every piece is a genuine handloom textile, quality-checked and packed by hand before dispatch.
Do you ship sarees to Europe — France, Switzerland, Germany?
Yes — we ship across Europe, including France, Switzerland, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands. Whether you are in Paris, Geneva, Zurich or Berlin, the same flat ₹5,000 shipping and 10–15 business day delivery applies. EU and Swiss customs or import duties, where applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility.
How much does international shipping cost?
International shipping is a flat ₹5,000 per order (roughly US $60), anywhere in the world, regardless of how many pieces are in the order. Within India, shipping is free on orders above ₹5,000.
How long does international delivery take?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, and international delivery takes 10–15 business days from dispatch. You receive tracking details by email and WhatsApp as soon as the parcel ships.
Will I have to pay customs or import duty?
Possibly — customs charges and import duties depend on your country’s rules and are the buyer’s responsibility. They are not included in the price or the shipping fee.
