Sohum Sutras respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
When you place an order, contact us, submit a review, or create an account, we may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery address, order details, and messages. We also collect limited technical and usage information, such as browser type and pages visited, through analytics and essential site technologies.
How we use your information
We use your information to process and deliver orders, provide customer support, communicate order updates, prevent fraud, improve the website, comply with legal obligations, and—where you have chosen to receive them—send relevant updates about Sohum Sutras.
Payments
Online payments are processed by our payment service providers. Sohum Sutras does not store complete card, bank account, or UPI credentials on its servers. Payment providers process that information under their own privacy and security terms.
Sharing and retention
We share personal information only when needed with service providers that help us operate the store, including payment, hosting, analytics, email, and delivery partners, or when required by law. We keep information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described here, including tax, accounting, dispute, and legal requirements.
Cookies and analytics
The website may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your shopping bag, understand site usage, and measure marketing performance. You can restrict non-essential cookies through your browser settings, although some site features may then work differently.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements. You may also opt out of marketing messages at any time.
